| Ruby's Red Slipper is a nice heifer out of our 32 inch cow Ruby. She is also out of Dakota from Rolling Prairie Farm. Since both cows are small we didn't want to have any calving problems so we used a mini zebu bull. Dakota is about 35 inches tall. This little heifer is really put together. She has a few white spots on her other side. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Swiss Mocha is another great heifer by Bullwinkle. She started as a red raon and looks like she will brindle up also. She is getting a deeper red so we will have to see what she ends up like. She is really put together nicely. She has the frame and look we like, plus we have been wanting to add more red in the herd. She was born August 23rd | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Bull Shark is our last calf for 2008. We haven't decided on this little guy yet. He is put together real nice, so we will just have to see how he grows. He is out of a miniature zebu bull from Rolling Praire Farm, Dakota. His mother is Tiger Lily, a small brindle cow so we are not sure if this guy will get some brindle or just turn dark on us. He is starting to fill out so he has some potential. He was born August 26th, was 18.5 inches/21lbs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Pretty Tricky is one of our miniature longhorn heifers born this year. She is out of Texas Two Step by Freckles. She is looking like she will be brindle. She could turn black but she does have some white spotting so no matter what color she turns out like she will be a nice addition to the herd. She was born August 17th, 20inches/24lbs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Sugar Plum is another nice heifer to end the year. She is one of our miniature longhorn heifers out of Annie by Freckles. She is a full sister to Hoochie Mama on the heifer page. She started red and now is changing also. Her head and neck are a real dark red and the body is staying a lighter red. It will be fun to watch her grow out and see what color she finishes. Born August 16th, 20 inches/21lbs | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
